Took my son here for several cavities and fillings, Ann was great and my son came away with a very positive dental experience. The rest of the staff is great and very polite.
Dr. Dimick and her team at Toothbuds are amazing! I never write reviews, but I have to share how fantastic our experience with them has been. She called me by my name rather than "mom", asked my daughter whether she wanted to be called by her full name or her nickname and asked about her younger sister (also by name), who was not even with us! Everyone was prompt and courteous, explained things to my daughter before they worked on her and generally made it an entirely pleasant experience. I wish my dentist was more like this! My daughter also approved of the goody bags and the play area and has already asked me when she gets to go back. What kids asks to go back to the dentist!?!?! Two thumbs up!
We have had multiple, exceptional experiences at Toothbud. My kids LOVE their cleanings. But even when my kids were coming in for more invasive treatments, they made the process calm and fun. They educate our whole family to keep our teeth healthy and set appropriate expectations.
Was the most positive experience from start to finish. From the quick response via email to getting an appointment quickly, the staff was extremely accommodating, professional and kind. We were a little early and my daughter jumped right into the play area and had fun before her appointment. We didn't have to wait long before we headed in for her tooth cleaning and checkup. My daughter was nervous at first but the hygienist made her feel so loved and comfortable she quickly eased into the whole process and they made it even fun for her. Dr. Dimick took the time to explain everything they were doing and took all the "scary" out of it. As I was checking out, she went back to hug all of them. When we got in the car she asked how long before she got to come back and was bummed she would have to wait 6 months before going back to the dentist. Who would not love to hear that?! They are wonderful people in here.
We love Dr. Ann Dimick and Toothbud! The staff is professional and kind and, along with the doctor, they make the dental experience one my son is thrilled to repeat (he honestly gets excited when he finds out he has an appointment). We have been going to Dr. Dimick since very soon after she opened the practice, and we have never had to wait beyond our appointment time to be seen. The waiting room is fabulous and all sorts of fun for the kiddos, but we spend so little time there each visit that there's invariably something new to explore each time we come in. I couldn't recommend this practice any more highly.
Dr. Dimick has a heart of gold and a magical way with children. We are LUCKY to be patients.
