I recently attended a cooking class and I had a blast. I am an experienced cook having attended several cooking schools and I still picked up several new cooking tops.
Everyone was helpful and very knowledgeable about products
We needed to have our knives sharpened and I needed a pressure cooker and a few odds and ends. I We read online they did knife sharpening so we drove all the way there. When we walked in the door we heard the knife sharpener running in the back. However I heard the lady telling my husband they were sharpening knives but they were no longer accepting them. My husband asked when we could come back but apparently they only do it twice a year. We walked out. I decided to do my shopping where we get our knives sharpened. In my opinion, if you have to turn away customers have your knife sharpener come more than twice a year. If this happens often consider an in house sharpener. If this is a rare occurance just accept a few more knives for the day.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is fully stocked with those latest in everything one needs to be a successful cook if not chef!!
I attended a cooking class last night and just had a ball. It was very informative and the food was delicious and I bought some great knives. I suggest that you bring a bottle of wine to add to your fun. Great store!!!
