I recently completed a service call and was very impressed with their professionalism, great attitudes, willingness to help, speed and patience. Think of them as a "Dealer Alternative" solution. I had issues my F-150 truck starting. I first thought this was a leaking battery, so they drove to my house, had the foresight to bring a replacement, dropped in a new Interstate battery, took the old one back, then informed me that it was under warranty and in the end there was a zero service-cost fee. Even though it started, they expressed concern that I should bring it by to check. Well, just as they thought, it had issues starting the next day (fuel pump engine harness and updated kit with rewiring to the fuse box needed). They knew exactly what the issue was, explained it to me, shared how they've seen it on several trucks before, and let me watch while they immediately pulled out a toasted fuse. This was about a 2 hour job which required some rewiring late in the afternoon, so guess what happened – They DELIVERED my truck to my home, at 8 o' clock that night, an hour after close of business. Boutique, exceptional service. (note that this rating was from back in 2016. I was attempting to again review them well for June of 2017 but the app that routed me to Google's ratings apparently resubmitted this one. 5-star service, again!)

Wow! Quick and professional! High quality service (large or small repairs) yet very reasonable. Just ask for Richard and he will take care of everything.
I brought my car in at 10am for a diagnostics check and left it with them all day and never received a call saying it was done. So I showed up at 6pm before they closed and they had not touched my car all day. They told me at 10am that it would be done in an hour or two... this is unacceptable, completely unprofessional! My Car sat There For 8 Hours! They will never receive my business again.
I had taken my car into 5 different shops to get the fan belt to stop squealing when I started the car or ran the AC. Several places kept telling me it was fine- one place said it might be the tensioner. Finally after years of this noise nobody could seem to fix, I just decided to get the belt replaced (my car has 130k+ miles on it) at a different Driver’s Edge location (620 in Lakeway). They assured me that the noise would be gone. As I drove away, not only was it still squealing, but it was WORSE than before. I happened to drive by this location and had them take a look at it just to get a second opinion. The manager gave me his card and told me to bring it back when I had time. 1-2 months later, I brought it back in also needing an inspection and a few minor things replaced (break light etc). When I came to pick it up, not only did they solve the squealing problem- but they replaced my break light, my windshield wipers, and did my inspection FREE OF CHARGE. Best service I’ve ever had at an auto shop. Go to the Bee Cave location!! They know what they’re doing!
Always treated respectfully and work done with great care. Have never had any kind of follow up problem with their work and I have been going to them for at least 3 years.
