I absolutely hate taking my jeep in to get repairs or maintenance...I can never tell if I'm getting ripped off or not. Not until I met Mike Berritto at Qualtec. I brought my jeep in to have a tire replaced and get new rear brakes. To my surprise they got it done on the day I brought it in and while I waited! I brought my 4-year old son with me and we both enjoyed our wait on their awesome leather couches in the waiting area. Even better, they didn't have to replace the tire, they were able to patch it for me! The. Takes were also the best price I got in town. I liked my experience so much, I brought my wife's car in to get her brakes replaced and her AC checked. It was a longer wait but they offered to drive me home and it was still done in the same day! Thanks Mike for restoring my faith in an automotive repair shop!
Mike Berrito with Qualtech automotive is the best mechanic we have had in a long time. I call having a good mechanic... is like having a second husband. lol! You have to have trust and someone to care for what gets you and your family around safely. My husband and I are car fanatics, so perfection and quality is the utmost importance to us.
We were going down 620 and felt the jeep jerk. We thought... thats weird. When applying the breaks we knew something wasn't right. Well... we dropped by to see Berrito and found the that break pad and rotor completely sheared off the right side of the jeep. Berrito got us in and replaced it quickly.
The guys at Qualtech are experienced and honest! We take both our cars there (Lexus SUV and Ford Super Duty) for repairs/maintenance. They always get us in and out quickly,. In the auto industry, it's important to go to a shop that you can trust to give you great advice at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them!
