Most staff is friendly. Store is relatively clean. Well stocked. Gayle at the reruns desk always shows an unfriendly attitude and is basically rude. Store overall has improved in the past year - staff is able to be found and helpful.
Overall, great experience for a Home Depot visit. I got a sample of custom paint made as I'm trying to touch up a small space on my wall. The gentleman in the paint shop didn't seem like he knew what he was doing, but tried ...and for $3 for a sample size paint, I was willing to take the risk. I also like that I can bring my dog to this location and most employees give him attention and treats!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. RUDEST employees. Come and ask if you need help, say they're going to help you and then run off and don't return. TERRIBLE PLACE.
Awful, absolutely awful. I have been a huge fan of Home Depot since I was little and my dad had a part time job there. But, in these recent months, this home depot location has completely ruined my opinion of all Home Depots. They are more often than not out of something and tell me to go somewhere else, I once had to wait over 45 to have an online ordered brought to the contractor entrance (even though i called 20min ahead of time) , and no one except maybe 2 people know what the heck they are doing in there! Home depot, get it together- or Lowes will recieve the rest of our business moving forward!
I would love to give this store 5 stars as it very rarely does not have everything that I need. The staff is always helpful and if they do not know the answer themselves, they do not stop until the find someone that does. On the rare occasion that I make a mistake in my purchase, they give me a full refund, no questions asked. However they do not have tool rental here. I have never seen a Home Depot before now without tool rental and that is highly disappointing. Add tool rental and I will change my review to five stars in a heart beat.
